Hotel Room Rate is $249 (plus Daily Resort Fee of $25.00) Total $274.00,  $15.00 of resort fee can be used daily.

Cutoff Date is September 5th, 2025. The Conference rate is good three (3) Days before and after the Conference.

Airport Shuttle not provided by the hotel. The Hotel will provide complimentary transportation two (2) mile radius from the hotel.

• The $25.00 Daily Resort Fee includes daily  $15.00 food & beverage credit applicable to the Luna Restaurant and the Pronto Café.
• Premium WIFI Access in guestroom, two (2) bottles of water daily, access to wellness events, complimentary hotel bicycles

All reservations will incur a daily $34.95 Resort Fee plus 13% sales tax added to the room rate at check-in. Daily Resort Fee includes Wi-Fi for 2 devices of basic internet connection per day, Fitness Center access, and Concierge services.
